So.. I would normally not show you, ohhhh lovely readers, my Christmas card before I actually send them out but well….
You see… McMommy from The McMommy Chronicles was doing this super fun “Send me your Christmas Card” blogtastic event and so I send her our card.. and she featured it (in all fairness… I’m fairly sure she’s featuring EVERYONE’S card/picture as long as they send it to her) on her blog yesterday. Which was SUPER nice of her (Hello! and Thank You!!!)
Anyway.. so as I stared at the picture of the hubby and I on someone else’s blog (besides our wedding photographers) (BTW … we won’t be telling the hubby about this… no need.. he doesn’t like/read blogs anyway), I came to the conclusion:
Our holiday card is damn cute!!
So I’ve decided that even though they haven’t even arrived from the printers yet, I’m going to share our card with you, my 3 5 readers. True.. you could have just gone to McMommy’s blog to see it.. but lets pretend you didn’t think about that first!

We (and by we, I of course mean ME) figured that since we got married this year, we could milk the wedding pictures one last time to put together a fun Christmas card. I chose to use some of our favorite pictures from our Trash the Dress session back in July. (OMG SOOO MUCH FUN)
I used the printing services of VistaPrint. We got our wedding thank you notes from them. They are super cheap affordable and we were very happy with the final product.
If you’re not all froufrou about your paper products (read: crazy particular about paper selection and/or design, a mini-Martha S, or my graphic designer best friend) and just need a basic card.. then these guys ROCK! They do have some nice (again….basic) canned designs and they even allow you to upload your own design if you’d like. We highly recommend them.
So that’s our cutie-patootie Holiday Card… coming to a mailbox near (most) of you soon!
What’s your card going to look like this year?

I love the Christmas after a wedding Christmas Cards…….it is fun and sooo easy to put together bc of the 1,000 of pics to pick form. However, this year I’m having a little difficulty figuring out our theme for our Christmas Cards! Hmmm…..we’ll see.

I too miss the Christmas after wedding Christmas Card. So many pics to choose from when I had my makeup professionally done and great lighting…This year I’m back to blah boxed cards. Joey would kill me if I made him pose for a pic.
