It’s all come down to this…..

After much debating and procrastinating, I finally decided to stop blogging on my “social” site and put all of the blogs in one location. I guess I did this for several reasons. #1 would be that I was getting some push back from several of my friends who, bless their hearts, were tired of the wedding blogs and wanted more “life” updates. Life updates are easy these days; “Today I did wedding things you don’t want to hear about. We’re all healthy and fine but the cats are driving us crazy”. See, that was an easy blogs. It’s the wedding blogs that are so time consuming. (more about that in the “Holy-Cow we’re finally under the year mark” update).
#2 would be that I have several family members/friends who didn’t belong to the social site and therefore were not privy to the comical situations posted in the previously mentioned blogs.

So, as I said before, it’s all come down to this. A separate blog, on a separate site, that I can update from anywhere in the world (the positive side is that I can update it at work, during my lunch break of course, unlike the social site, whose access is banned from our work internet).

There will be wedding posts, since the whole event pretty much occupies every bit of free time (and brain space) that I have, but there will also be life posts to keep everyone up to date. Hey, I’ll even tag them so if you don’t want to read about the wedding (or you want to keep it a surprise), then all you have to do is skip that blog. How awesome am I for doing that??
